Convenience Store News has announced the 2024 class of Top Women in Convenience, marking its largest group to date. This year’s program recognizes 107 established and emerging female leaders who are making a meaningful impact across the U.S. convenience store industry.
Following a record number of nominations, judges selected five Women of the Year, 44 Senior-Level Leaders, 43 Rising Stars, and 15 Mentors representing retailers, distributors, and supplier organizations nationwide. The honorees reflect a diverse cross-section of leadership driving innovation and growth throughout the category.
Recipients were chosen based on nominations from peers and companies, with selections guided by demonstrated achievements over the past year. Judges evaluated candidates on leadership, strategic and financial performance, problem-solving ability, mentorship, community involvement, and contributions that extend beyond their formal roles.
