INNOVATION HELPS C-STORE SALES TAKE FLIGHT

C-store foodservice sales are projected to reach $54.7 billion by 2027 and chicken is poised to play an important role in driving those sales. Chicken sandwiches took top spots in the National Restaurant Association’s What’s Hot 2023 survey — which means adding a menu of chicken sandwiches and sides can help c-stores capture a slice of those sales as they vie with QSRs for a share of diners’ dollars.
